Ethical Business Conduct

Responsible business practices and ethical conduct are fundamental to every aspect of Novolex. The Novolex Employee Code of Conduct explains our expectations for all employees. Every new employee must sign the code when they join the company to acknowledge their understanding and commitment to the code. As part of our commitment to responsible business conduct, employees can access the Novolex Ethics Hotline if they believe there have been potential violations of the code without fear of retaliation. The 24/7 hotline is available online at ethics.novolex.com or by telephone using one of the toll-free numbers listed on the last page of the code.

Human Rights

The Novolex Human Rights Policy sets forth our responsibilities, commitments, and expectations with regard to respecting and promoting human rights across our business activities. We support a workplace in which employees can grow, contribute, and participate free from discrimination and unfair treatment. We value our diversity, reaping unique contributions from each of colleagues and allowing them to strive to achieve their individual potential.

Respect for human rights starts with zero tolerance for the use of child labor, illegal, abusive, forced or bonded labor, as well as human trafficking. Novolex abhors such practices and has instituted a variety of practices to safeguard human rights and fair labor practices in our workplace. The Novolex Supplier Code of Conduct extends our commitment to protect human rights to our supply chain partners. In compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act and California Transparency in Supply Chains Act, the Novolex Statement on Modern Slavery further explains our commitments protect human rights in both our workplaces and those of suppliers.
