Novolex is excited to announce that we have been named one of Texas’ best places to work. We strive to ensure that Novolex offers an excellent environment for our employees and we are proud to see our colleagues recognized.
All three of Novolex’s Dallas-area plants in Garland, Farmers Branch, and Carrollton have received “Best Place to Work” awards from Star Local Media, which operates 14 newspapers in the North Texas area. The award is especially meaningful because it is the result of nominations and votes from people in the same communities that our plants serve, including our local employees and their friends and family.
On February 23rd, executives from Star Local Media presented the “Best Place to Work” awards to operations leaders Doug Johnson (Garland), Arturo Pena (Farmers Branch) and Jesse Muniz (Carrollton). Employees and the media were joined by Texas State Representative Matt Rinaldi (District 115) to celebrate this special recognition.
The teamwork, diversity, and level of employee engagement found in our Dallas plants underscores Novolex’s commitment to becoming an employer of choice in the global packaging industry. We are honored to receive this award and look forward to many more great years working with our valued North Texas employees.
